If Java is installed you can use the JAR command
jar -xvf <path_tofile>
You may have to also un-jar the WAR file and any appropriate JAR file you wish to have a look inside.
If you do not have Java, you can download 7zip as it knows how to de-compress EARs, JARs, WARS etc.
