    What is the difference between a branch, a stream and a view?

    A branch is base ClearCase term for a separate area of development
    A stream is a UCM ClearCase term for a branch of development. It is instantiated as a branch.
    A view is the instantiation of a workspace associated with either a branch or a stream – it enables visibility of files and directories within a branch or stream
