Tried to create a Queue Manager on a new install of MQ 6.0.0.0 on CentOS ie crtmqm QMA

WebSphere MQ error (893) has occurred.

cd /var/mqm/errors -> did not help

The reason is essentially you need to apply the latest fix pack, As of today this is 6.0.2.10
