In this article we are only installing the toolkit, however there are links further down on how to install the WMB runtime and WMQ.

Navigate to IBM's WebSphere Message Broker home page:

    http://www-01.ibm.com/software/integration/wbimessagebroker/

Note: For WMB Toolkit to function you will need to download and install the following
    • WebSphere MQ 7 (WMQ 7) for Windows.
    • WebSphere Message Broker Runtime

Click Launch Installation for WebSphere Message Broker

The IBM Installation Manager for WMBTK will load.

It will then resolve the repository files for the install - these are all ready installed locally.

    Read and accept the license

You can change the shared resource location if you have other IBM product like WAS 8 install, or alternatively accept the default location.

You then click Next to move onward and define the actual installation location of the WMB Toolkit

I have chosen to install in d:\wmbt700

Click Next to choose you preferred language, then click Next again

On the Install Packages screen ensure all items are selected (they should be by default)

    Click Next to review summary
