    Installing IBM Support Assistant on Linux

    Download isa.wb.412-linux.zip ISA from http://www-01.ibm.com/software/support/isa/download.html

    decompress sa.wb.412-linux.zip and run the folllowing command

    rpm -ivh support-assistant-4.1.2.00-20101123_1610.i386.rpm
    Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
    1:support-assistant ########################################### [100%]

    IBM Support Assistant will be installed in /
    /opt/ibm/IBMSupportAssistant_4

    To run the ISA workbench type the following command
    /opt/ibm/IBMSupportAssistant_41/rcp/rcplauncher

    Read and acccept the license agreement and the following workbench will load.
