Open the administrative console on the Deployment Manager
Navigate to the Servers category and click Deployment Environment as shown below You will now be presented with the following screen, then click New In the Create new deployment environment screen as shown below, type WPSDE1 into the Deployment environment name field for the name of your Deployment Environment. Ensure that you have chosen WPS from the Runtime capability select-list. Click Next and select Remote Messaging and Remote support from the Choose the deployment environment pattern to use for the deployment environment to create option group. Click Edit Provider to configure the JDBC data sources. The problems below are due to the fact that the underlying Oracle Infrastructure is not created yet. We need to ensure we use the correct SID along with making sure we have the DB, Schema's users and table as required.
