    Connecting to Jira from Eclipse

    Install the Atlassian Eclipse plugins

    Assuming you are using Eclipse 3.6, you need to use the following update site http://update.atlassian.com/atlassian-eclipse-plugin/e3.6.

    Select both components, Atlassian Connector and the optional Dependencies

    Restart Eclipse,

    Show the view Mylyn -> Task Repositories




    Locate the MyLyn Task Repositories category



    Right-mouse click the Atlassian Integration support option and select Add Task Repository



    Add a tesk repository



    Add a task repository settings




    Create a Query






    You can now see the Tasks assigned to you in Jira, showing in the Task List tab.
