AMQ6109 An internal WebSphere MQ error has occurred.

    Possible Explanation:
An error has been detected, and the MQ error recording routine has been called.

    User Response:
Use the standard facilities supplied with your system to record the problem identifier, and to save the generated output files. Contact your IBM support center. Do not discard these files until the problem has been resolved

    From: Steve Robinson Experience
You may find that in a Linux install this will happen if you have forgotten to upgrade very single MQ base RPM during a fixpak update. A good tip to remember is that you must install every update RPM for every base RPM that was installed.

    Here is a good script:

    rpm -q -a | grep MQSeries | sort -r

This will show paring of base install and upgraded installed RPM's
